called left threatining messages on cell and work number recently called relative, saying I was in legal trouble

This number keeps calling me all the time. Won't leave a message. I don't know anyone from this area code or any where near it. Researched information and it turns out this is a telemarketer wanting people's credit card numbers for a "gas card" they won.

No answer, no massage left

my husbands number has this number on our bill several times, what is this number?

WOW, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST, THEY CALL YOU JOB, SEND FAXES TO I DON'T KNOW WHO, AND EVERYONE THEY TALK TO THE TELL ALL YOUR PERSONAL BUSINESS. I HAVE SOME OF THE COVERSATIONS ALONG WITH THE FAXES TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT GOING TO ANY AND EVERY DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE ABOUT TO MAKE ME LOSE MY JOB.

Want me to give my bank acc. Info stated that I had a payday loan n when I ask for the info so I can contact the payday loan company n the guy I spoke with is JOHN SMITH he stated that he can't give me that info n I ask what month day and year did I apply for a loan n what date did he deposit the money into my acc and he said before august and told him that he have to give me more info..and that I keep all bank statements and that I'm gona get back with him after I check my all my bank statements ...JOHN SAID THAT IT NOT GONA SHW UP ON MY STATEMENTS....
